Branding and Landing page

The company:

Hiring Buddy is a SaaS that helps connect people and recruiters faster and easier than ever - it uses psychological and personality based quizzes to help align people to the job and workplace that is right for them. Darren (CEO) has worked as a recruiter for some of the biggest names in the biz (phizer during the pandemic!) and is very aware of the pain points that people go through when applying for new roles.

The brief:

When contacted by Darren from HiringBuddy, he wanted to create a brand that portrayed innovation, welcomeness and ease of use. Something that reflected the technology side of the platform, as well as the very human side of recruitment.

His inspiration for the design came from leaders in the tech space like Google and Nintendo, who’s clean yet bubbly designs and icons are recognisable at a glance. The challenge came from creating something similar, that wouldn’t be confused with these behemoths in the tech space.

Logo

The logo we chose features a ‘H’ of multiple colours and gradients which can be used across the rest of the branding. It evokes a sense of direction, connection and career pathway. Here you can find the presentation which explains how we got to this point.
